St Andrew Task Force Activities 2012

COME AND SEE WEEKEND-April 27-28, 2012

This weekend is for men, college age and up, whoare interested in learning about the preisthood.  Bishop Bernard Hebda and Fr. Don Geyman, Director of Vocations, cordially invite adult men to join them for this Come and See Weekend on April 27 & 28, 2012. 

During the weekend, participants will have opportunities to join with other men exploring the priesthood as well as to visit with Bishop Hebda, current priests and current seminarians to share stories, concerns and the joys of living the live one is called to by God.

One of the activities will be to attend the Ordination to the Diaconate of two of our current seminarians, Bryan Medlin and Chet Collins, at St Mary Cathedral, Gaylord. 

There is no cost to attend this weekend. Overnight lodging at the Hampton Inn of Gaylord and all meals are included.  Pre registration is required.  To register call Judy at 989-705-3523 or email jabeel@dioceseofgaylord.org.

SATF JR HIGH RETREAT 2012-June 8-10, 2012

The St Andrew Task Force Jr. High Retreat will be held on June 8-10,2012 Friday evening through Sunday morning.  This will coincide with the Ordination to the Priesthood of Deacon Peter Wigton.  The Retreat will be held at St Mary Cathedral School in Gaylord.  Part of the Saturday activities will be to attend the Ordination Mass at 11:00 am at St Mary Cathedral.   This retreat is for grades 6-8.
