Sacramental Record Research Form

The Diocesan Archives contains baptismal, First Communion, Confirmation, marriage and death records (no cemetery records) from parishes within the Diocese of Gaylord. All required information must be completed prior to submitting your online request.

Please note that since there is no full-time staff person assigned to the Diocesan Archives, it may take several months to process your request.
