	Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with Benediction with Most Reverend Bernard Hebda, Fourth Bishop of Gaylord. This "Holy Hour for Vocations" will be presented in each of the vicariates in our diocese as an opportunity for the faithful to gather before Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament, not only to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood, religious life, and lay leadership, but also to pray for the strength necessary to pursue a life of holiness through a model of virtue.

	Every three years our Pope invites young adults from around the world to join him for a time of prayer, catechesis, and reflection. The site for World Youth Day 2011 is Madrid, Spain. Bishop Hebda has made this event a priority in his schedule. With enthusiasm Bishop Hebda issues an invitation to priests and young adults from across our Diocese to consider participating in this spiritual pilgrimage with him. Kate Wilde, from St. Mary Cathedral Parish, is coordinating this event for the Gaylord Diocese. Gaylord is partnering with three other Michigan Dioceses,Grand Rapid, Kalamazoo and Marquette for the preparations and participation in World Youth Day 2011.
